How to Use This Topographic Map:
- The map shows a Topographic view with color-coded elevation.
- The vertical color scale is dynamic. It updates when you pan or zoom to show the actual minimum to maximum elevation range of the visible map area.
- Click anywhere on the map to get the elevation data for that point. This data is added to the Elevation Profile chart below.
- When you create a profile with 2 or more points, a list of stats (Max, Min, Avg) appears for the points you've clicked.
- Use the "Show Contours" button to overlay elevation contour lines on any map layer.
Note: Topographic map elevation data is approximate and may vary from actual ground measurements.
